High-precision 3D inspection system OptimScan-5M Plus
The OptimScan-5M Plus 3D Precision Inspection System is a high-precision 3D inspection scanner with a narrow-band blue light source and an advanced high-resolution industrial lens. It provides better scanning detail and smoother data quality. Three sets of high-resolution industrial lenses are used according to the object of different sizes, making it more flexible and adaptable. It is widely used in reverse engineering, quality inspection and quality control.
Three-dimensional control system
- High resolution. Three 5-megapixel high-resolution cameras and 1080P projection were used to obtain high-precision features.
- High accuracy of 5 microns. The accuracy of a single shot can reach 0.005mm, the scanner provides environmental vibration detection function, and effectively ensures high data quality and accuracy.
- Various scanning ranges. The system realizes different scanning ranges by switching off different lenses to provide better scanning performance. Different lenses have the same working distance without manual adjustment.
- HDR function. The HDR function helps you scan high-contrast objects, such as black and white, for complete data.
- One-click integration module function. The system integrates a one-click automatic marker alignment module and a GREC global deviation control module to effectively reduce alignment errors and obtain high-quality data with high accuracy.
- Compatible with the main software. Supports multiple data formats. Supports major reverse engineering or 3D inspection software.
