Our CarbonFil filament is based upon the unique PETG blend of our HDglass compound and is reinforced with 20% ultra-light and relatively long stringer carbon fibres, which has resulted in an exceptionally stiff carbon-fibre reinforced 3D printer filament. CarbonFil is twice as stiff as HDglass and yet it is even 10% more impact resistant, which is a remarkable feature for carbon-fibre reinforced filament.
We're expanding our portfolio of natural filler for 3D printing filament with our latest corkFill. This filament has a lovely dark brown color and complements woodFill and bambooFill perfectly.
EasyFil PLA is a high-end “easy to use” impact modified PLA (Poly-Lactic Acid) type of 3D printer filament which is optimized for FFF / FDM 3D printing technology. EasyFil PLA is tougher and less rigid than standard PLA and its improved filament flowing behaviour and interlayer adhesion make EasyFil PLA an extremely easy to print filament.

EasyWood is a wood-filled PLA-based filament which is gravimetrically filled with approximately 40% grinded wood particles. EasyWood is a very easy to print wood filament as it is based on our EasyFil PLA compound and the 40% gravimetrical filling with grinded wood particles make the filament absolutely warp-free.
EasyWood looks, feels and smells like real wood and beautiful wood-nerve structures can be obtained by grinding the printed object a bit with a piece of fine grit sandpaper or by varying with the printing temperature.
Helios Support is a “high heat” water-soluble PVA material which is engineered as support material for dual extrusion 3D printing in combination with engineering materials which require to be printed at higher temperatures and/or in heated build chambers. Helios support can be printed at nozzle temperatures up to 250° C without the risk of cross linking and nozzle clogging and adheres extremely well to styrene based materials such as ABS, TitanX, Crystal Flex, and ApolloX, but also to Python Flex and Volcano PLA.
Helios Support dissolves slightly slower in water than normal PVA, but the dissolving process can be accelerated when using warm and circulating water.
With Novamid® ID 1030 material for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), you can produce parts almost indistinguishable from those produced with standard injection molding.
This open source filament material is a pure polyamide 6/ 66, and was originally developed many years ago by our Engineering Plastics experts for demanding specialty applications often subjected to harsh environment and high temperatures (up to 125ºC). Adjusted to 3D-print easily, Novamid® ID1030 filaments bring a unique combination of properties, including outstanding stiffness and ductility, across a range of applications - from transportation, to sports and electronics. Their optimized crystallization profile improves fusion, enabling parts with excellent interlayer strength and high surface quality.
Novamid® ID1030 is well-suited for durable applications requiring good mechanical properties.
PA Neat. A brand new unfilled, heat resistant, low warp PA
PA Neat is our new highly functional polyamide (nylon) grade. PA NEAT allows continues use at 120°C while retaining sufficient mechanical properties and thus highly temperature resistant and tough. This makes it a perfect material for the professional user to make durable prints that need to perform.
PA Neat barely warps and is thus ideally suited for professional users who need their filament to perform.
Due to high stiffness of 2.85mm filament we recommend users to use spoolmounts which have some friction between spool and holder, to prevent unspooling of filament.
The filament may absorb moisture from the environment. If absorbed moisture levels are too high, users will see excessive oozing of material on travelmoves and rough outer surface of printed parts. Drying is advised using filament dryers, drying temperature set at 70-80C for 4-6 hours.
“Steel yourself”
With steelFill we are adding a fourth metal based 3D print filament to our portfolio after succesfully announcing bronzeFill in 2014, copperFill later that year and brassFill in early 2015. As with these other filaments, the key is post-processing and you can use similar techniques as with our other special metal based filaments.
SKULPT is a unique sculptable 3D printer filament materialized by Thibra3D, which allows one to post process SKULPT 3D printed objects similar to sculpting clay. By projecting a temperature of ± 70° C on the SKULPT 3D printed object it will be possible to tweak and finetune the 3D printed object by sculpting it or remodelling it slightly.
Visible 3D printed layers and imperfections caused by blobs, zits, zippers and removed support structures on the SKULPT 3D printed object can very easily be remodelled into a perfect smooth service and even detailed accents can be sculpted into the surface of the SKULPT 3D printed object.

TitanX is an industrial-grade, high-performance and FFF/FDM-optimized ABS based engineering filament. TitanX is the evolution of ABS into a warp-free filament with unsurpassed mechanical properties and is extremely suitable for 3D printing large scale and high precision engineering objects. TitanX is truly FFF/FDM-optimized as it has zero warping, a perfect interlayer adhesion and can be printed directly on a heated glass plate without any adhesives or tapes to be used.
