AquaSolve is a high-end cold water soluble PVA (PolyVinyl Alcohol ) type of 3D printer filament, which bonds very well to a variety of (thermo)plastics – such as PLA, PETG, ABS, and more – that print within a similar temperature range. This makes AquaSolve an excellent PVA support material for dual extrusion prints. AquaSolve™ PVA has a limited smell during printing and is non-toxic and biodegradable once dissolved in water.

BigRep’s BVOH support material is an ecologically friendly advanced water-soluble filament that eliminates post-processing for 3D printed parts. Created for use with dual-extruder printers, BVOH can be used in tandem with any other material to provide efficient support. It has been optimized for improved melt flow, eliminating concerns of hotend clogging that come with other soluble filaments.

Atlas Support is the result of extensive research to PVA improvement which has resulted in an unique formulation where numerous PVA grades have been blended into one superior water soluble support material with improved thermal stability. Atlas Support has good bonding to a wide variety of materials – such as PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, HIPS, et cetera – and is much less sensitive to degradation by humidity.

EasyFil HIPS was formerly known as LimoSolve HIPS. EasyFil HIPS is a high-performance and easy to print High Impact PolyStyrene type of 3D printer filament which doesn’t contain any added colorants and dissolves completely in Limonene. Being soluble in Limonene in combination with similar thermal properties to ABS make LimoSolve an outstanding supporting material for complex dual extrusion ABS prints. When not being used as support material EasyFil HIPS prints in an extremely bright white colour.

Helios Support is a “high heat” water-soluble PVA material which is engineered as support material for dual extrusion 3D printing in combination with engineering materials which require to be printed at higher temperatures and/or in heated build chambers. Helios support can be printed at nozzle temperatures up to 250° C without the risk of cross linking and nozzle clogging and adheres extremely well to styrene based materials such as ABS, TitanX, Crystal Flex, and ApolloX, but also to Python Flex and Volcano PLA. Helios Support dissolves slightly slower in water than normal PVA, but the dissolving process can be accelerated when using warm and circulating water.
